Christmas Cantata

If you missed this year’s Christmas Cantata you missed a real treat. Our talented cast of actors and singers under the directorship of Sister Natalie St. Phard and our music director Sister Jennifer staged a sterling portrayal of “Counted,” the message of Our Savior’s birth. Here is a little of what you missed.

SNCBC On Mission

Sierra Norwood Calvary Baptist Church continues to do its part in fulfilling the great commission as spelled out by Our Lord Jesus Christ. To this end we assist churches in other parts of the world in reaching the lost.  One such is the Johnson Mountain Baptist Church in Jamaica. A team of our members visited Johnson Mountain last year to help them in their church building efforts. Take a look:

It’s lunch time

The little ones listen attentively

Rev. Ledgister (center) shares a relaxing moment with some of the members

What a gorgeous view!

All smiles

The women get to work
